Yes — at Parvata Tattoo in Wrocław we do permanent eyebrow makeup using the powder method (powder brows) for 800 PLN. The treatment is done by Justyna Góra, a tattoo artist who also specialises in PMU. The powder technique gives a soft, natural look of lightly shaded brows rather than a hard, sharp line. An optional top-up after healing costs 100 PLN, but it is not always needed — we decide only after assessing the healed brows. The treatment takes place in the same sterile conditions as a tattoo, with single-use supplies. Preparing for a tattoo session takes a few simple steps. Get a good night's sleep and eat a proper meal no later than 2 hours before your appointment — a fed body copes much better with a few hours of work. Skip alcohol the day before, because it thins the blood and makes it harder for the skin to take the pigment. Do not tan the area we will tattoo, and do not use numbing creams without checking with us first. Wear comfortable clothes that easily expose the spot, and bring water and a snack for a longer session. If you take blood thinners, have a chronic condition or are pregnant, tell us before booking. At Parvata Tattoo we tattoo from the age of 16. A minor comes to the studio together with a parent or legal guardian, who signs written consent on site — we do not accept consent sent remotely. The design must be approved by both the guardian and the artist doing the work. Adults need no consent at all, just an ID. We may decline a tattoo if we have doubts about someone's age or consider the design unsuitable for a minor — that is part of working responsibly, not an obstacle. For younger clients we usually suggest a smaller design in a spot that heals more easily and hurts less. The Parvata Tattoo studio is at ul. Poświęcka 17/40, 51-128 Wrocław — in the Psie Pole district, on the Poświętne estate. Buses 129 and 248 stop on Poświęcka itself, and the nearest tram terminus, “Poświętne” on Żmigrodzka street, served by lines 1, 7 and 15, is about 1.3 km away — roughly a 16-minute walk. From the Market Square take tram 7, and from Wrocław Main Station tram 15 with no change; door to door usually takes 35–45 minutes. By car it is about 7 km from the Market Square, and the area is outside the paid parking zone, so you can park for free on nearby streets. We see clients by appointment only, Monday to Saturday, 10:00–22:00.
